XOD is an XR (extended reality) art exhibition that blends Persian
calligraphy and immersive audiovisual storytelling with augmented
reality technology. It invites visitors to take a poetic journey of
self-discovery by finding their own path.
This interactive multimedia experience explores the concept of form
through artworks, interactive light, quadrophonic audio, and augmented
reality. The exhibition mixes digital and physical experiences, with a
major focus on calligraphy, both as an aesthetic form and a tool for
communication. The works in the exhibition present an image of a
spiritual retreat from the dreary world outside.

3 - 16 Sep. 2021 – AURELIA PAUMELLE - STATIC FREQUENCIES & NATURAL SHAPES BY ARTROG_Berlin

@ Schliemannstr, Berlin.

Dominic Rogic (born 1986 in Nürtingen, Germany) works part-time as an artist and lives in Berlin. He has a master‘s degree in Real Estate Management, Engineering and Architecture (Stuttgart). The art of painting was always a part of his life and the artistic work got more into a profession over the last 8 years. From simple sketching and drawings, mostly architectural, he started to get more and more used to aquarelle paintings.

His paintings are characterized by a recurrent dark and melancholic design. Subjects like solitude, anxiety and depression are being processed within the creation. The tendency for rationality, natural shapes and the techniques of the completed studied sciences are repeating patterns within his work.

4 - 28 October 2019 - Lartigue presents “Chicos Lartigue”

@ SMU, Berlin

Bodies of superheroes and animal heads, a conquest of perfection through syncretism, a game beyond the real – please join us October 3rd, from 7pm for the opening of our new exhibition Chicos Lartigue.

Art & Industrie and The Schwules Museum Berlin is excited to host Rubén Lartigue from Argentina for his first show in Germany. Lartigue’s paintings, informed by his experiences living in different cities around the world, draws on a cultural history of human-animal representations; seen in ancient Egyptian and Greek mythology as well as the works of artists such as Dali and Picasso. His erotically charged subjects, idealized male bodies combined with the heads of animals, reimagine the male form and create new pathways of desire.

Rubén Lartigue has previously shown his art in Argentina, Bolivia, Uruguay and France. Now the Schwules Museum is presenting a selection of his works for the first time in Germany. The work extends over a period of eight years (2009-2017)
